Vaishali Dhiman

Vaishali Dhiman is an esteemed research scholar associated with HPKVBS, School of Commerce and Management Studies, Central University of Himachal Pradesh, India. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship, business incubation, skill development, the metaverse, and exponential technologies. With a keen interest in fostering innovation and economic growth, Vaishali delves into the intricacies of entrepreneurial ecosystems, explores strategies for effective business incubation, navigates the dynamics of the metaverse and exponential technologies, and identifies avenues for skill development in emerging industries.

With an impressive academic record, Vaishali has authored 11 research papers published in international journals and bookswith publishers such as Emerald, Sage, Springer Nature, Taylor & Francis groups AAP, and IGI, half of them indexed in category journals, WOS and SCOPUS. As a reviewer for the Journal of Global Entrepreneurship Research, the IMIB Journal of Innovation & Management and book chapters for IGI Global, she consistently contributes to the advancement of management knowledge.

In addition to her research, Vaishali has actively participated in over 25 seminars, conferences, and workshops, enriching her academic and professional expertise. She has also taught MBA subjects such as Strategic Management, Financial Management, Project Management, and Corporate Research Methods during her Ph.D., as directed by her supervisor, while mentoring students on their project reports.
