1) Security Hospira Project – USER ACCESS MANAGEMENT IN DIFFERENT PLATFORMS

• Access management is also known as identity management or rights management. My key role is to make sure that the individuals in an organization are able to use the systems that help them do their job, but only have as much access to them as they really need.
• I used to develop custom forms, interfaces and workflows as well as provide excellent support to all end users. Responsibilities will also include system administration, installation, configuration and all upgrades of BMC Remedy Suite of Products.
• Monitors requests in which the service request coordinator is defined as the coordinator, making sure that the requests are executed on time
• Reviews the approval status of requests.
• Opens the back-end Service Requests form to view the status of service requests and troubleshoot issues with request fulfillment.
• Creates service requests for other users (entitlement rules are required).
• With additional configuration, approves requests

2) Handling Splunk Tool to manage different logs from different servers

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS –

• Administering Splunk and Splunk Apps to include developing new or extending existing Apps to perform specialized functionality.
• Archived all project documentation in adherence to document storage procedures.
• Implementing and administering Splunk.
• Manage Splunk Users accounts.
• Building and maintain Splunk components (indexer, forwarder, search head).
• Familiar with server monitoring tools.
• Securing Splunk Enterprise.
• Ability to effectively document solution deployments and train colleagues.
