  • Responsible to validate and check all closures of Pre Arbitrations and Arbitrations to ensure correct decisioning and ensure chargeback is won with proper Mastercard/VISA scheme guidelines
  • Maintain Daily review of Chargeback Inflow & High Value/High Risk Trends
