Process Engineering support for Balance of Plant (BOP) utility systems, with exposure to Instrument & Plant Air, Nitrogen, Potable Water, Demineralized Water, Fresh/Fire Water, and associated utility systems.

• Executed P&ID checking and review, integrating process requirements and interdisciplinary feedback to ensure design accuracy.
• Reviewed Instrument Datasheets and validated process-related design and operating data from a Process Engineering perspective.
• Updated and coordinated Line List/PDM process data, including data verification and multidisciplinary coordination for engineering updates.
• Performed PSV sizing calculations for applicable relief scenarios and prepared associated calculation documentation and PSV datasheets.
• Performed Pressure Safety Time (PST) calculation as part of process safeguarding activities.
• Facilitated Tag Matrix cleanup and tag reconciliation across project engineering deliverables to improve data integrity.
• Prepared System Description Manuals for utility systems based on P&IDs and relevant project reference documents.
• Updated the Basis of Design (BOD) to incorporate applicable process design information and project changes.
