It includes core components such as a database, workflow and rules engines, security, search, and more. The product's toolkits offer powerful capabilities for administration, configuration, and solution extension. The data warehouse integrates with the platform to provide reporting and business intelligence, consolidating data across systems and departments for maximum visibility into matters, risk, compliance, and cost. Additionally, the Products Collaboration Portal allows organizations to securely and efficiently collaborate with outside counsel and other external service providers.

As part of the responsibilities, analyzing customer requirements and maintaining an internal web application for tracking requirements are essential tasks. Additionally, customizing the base product, handling change requests (including Spring and Hibernate), and creating workarounds for base defects are required. Utilizing GlowRoot to monitor background processes and identify root causes for client issues is also important. Furthermore, developing one-time Groovy and SQL scripts, conducting unit testing for various scenarios, and testing Outlook modules with product plug-ins using RestAPI and Postman are part of the duties.
