Mars: Led top-team effectiveness and leadership export study; findings adopted by global leadership, resulting in elevation of the India Market Leader to APAC Head.
Samsung (India business $13 K M): Led organizational redesign and hiring mandates to centralize D2C and separate marketplace ownership across 3 business units; enabled sharper P&L ownership, contributing to home appliances crossing ~USD 1,500 Mn in revenue for the first time in India.
Marubeni ($48 K M): Led first India Managing Director hire and advised on establishing Marubeni’s India investment platform; negotiated approval of ~USD 1,600 Mn in capital allocation for investments across Indian retail and consumer market.
Orkla Foods India (pre-IPO): Built an IPO-ready 6 member independent board and governance framework, resulting in Orkla ASA’s first IPO in Asia, listed at a ~2.75% premium. L’Oréal: Led organizational design and long-term leadership bench creation across multiple divisions to position India as the company’s second most strategic global market.
Co-founded a Board Immersion Program with three Senior Partners; led design and delivery of two board-level roundtables and currently commercializing the program as a scalable client offering.
Supported senior partner-led pitches, contributing to ~90% conversion into engagements, including first-time consumer mandates with ChrysCapital, L Catterton, Orkla, and Hyatt.
