Monitor team performance and report on metrics. Suggest and organize team building activities. Working with Group Heads, SME’s, Managers in order to fill in process gaps if any and always work towards betterment of the process. Discover new ideas/approach to improve the quality of the business to ensure we provide the best customer experience at all times. Discover new talent and hire to develop them in order to expand the business. Handling employees payroll and ensure they are accurate by conducting weekly/monthly audits of their schedule adherence and attendance punches. Discover training needs and provide coaching opportunities to the employees on metrics/targets on regular basis to ensure the team constantly develops the skill to handle customers with utmost professionalism, empathy & demeanour to ensure the best customer experience. “As it is all about the customers journey when they contact us.”

The employee resource center (ERC) senior associate - DLS will provide a variety of leave services to the employees based in the USA. Be the voice of ERC DLS, as the first point of contact for employees, managers and the HR community. Deliver highest standards of service in any customer interaction and ensuring an accurate, efficient & personalized resolution of queries through effective usage of systems, tools & resources.

• The employee resource centre (ERC) senior associate will provide a variety of HR services to the employees based in the USA
• Be the voice of ERC, as the first point of contact for employees, managers and the HR community
• Deliver highest standards of service in any customer interaction and ensuring an accurate, efficient & personalized resolution of queries through effective usage of systems, tools & resources.

• This is a role where in we are given a set of privileged customers of the bank to manage their accounts, being the one point of contact for all their banking queries/requirements
• Ensuring highest level of service and at the same time cross selling various banking products so as to add revenue to the bank
• In addition to serving the existing clients, the bank may assign any other work relating to expansion of client base.

• This is a role where in we are given a portfolio of priority customers of the bank to manage their accounts, being the one point of contact for all their banking queries/requirements
• Ensuring highest level of service and at the same time cross selling various banking products so as to add revenue to the bank.

• The main aim of the job is profiling the clients/HNI clients for giving stock market related services, financial advices and providing investment plans by convincing and negotiating them with a confident and determined approach
• Ensuring highest level of service and being the one point of contact for all the assigned clients
• Executing monthly sales plan and regular contact with all the clients through regular weekly/monthly calls.
