By using this savings can be shared through both fuel-cost savings and balancing cost savings. The same work can be extended by consideration of other factors like load uncertainty in solar energy. The risk of uncertainty in the wind energy can result in lower cost of operation for the ISO but reduced scheduled wind energy in DA market.
