• Penna Bridge Project, Tadipatri, It's a project to construct a bridge across the Penna River, connecting Tadipatri town and Sajjaladhina village, with a length of 550 meters. The bridge features both well and pile foundations. The project is valued at ₹23.75 crores and is being carried out under the Roads and Buildings Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh. As part of my diploma training, I completed work on the above project in the R&B department of Tadipatri.
• Prestige Falcon City, Bangalore, My career started with this project as an engineer. It is a residential township project spanning 48 acres, consisting of five buildings with 2+GF+31 floors each. This is the first project in Bangalore to use the Miavn shuttering concept. I successfully completed one building, from the basement to the terrace, along with the clubhouse, within a fast-track period. The project value is ₹1200 crores, with a scheduled timeline from December 2014 to July 2021. Phase II is currently in progress. The work is being executed by JMC Projects (India) Ltd, for the client, Prestige Group.
• Ladies Hostel Project, VIT University, Vellore, This was my second project as a QS engineer. It's a commercial project with GF+18 floors at VIT University, Vellore. The project value is ₹35.65 crores, with a scheduled timeline from July 2018 to June 2019. The work was executed by JMC Projects (India) Ltd, for the client, VIT College.
• Verde En Rensplonder, Bangalore, As a QS engineer, I handled my third project, which was a villa and row house development near Hoskote, Bangalore, covering an area of 25 acres. The project value is ₹250 crores and includes residential G+2 floor villas and G+2 floor row houses. The client and work were managed by Trifecta Projects Pvt Ltd.
• 125' Feet tall statue of DR.B.R. Ambedkar & Telangana martyr's memorial Hyderabad, Both of these projects are iconic initiatives by the Government of Telangana. As a Senior QS Engineer, I successfully completed the 125feet tallest statue of Dr.B.R Ambedkar project from its initial stage to the final handover. The statue, made of bronze and stainless steel of high-grade quality, was a key feature of this ₹146.5 crore project, which was completed within the scheduled timeline from June 2021 to April 2023. The construction was carried out by KPC Projects Ltd, and the client was the Roads & Buildings Department of Telangana. Additionally, I took over the Martyrs' Memorial project midway and completed it to final handover. Valued at ₹177.5 crore, this project earned a Guinness book Record of India for being the first stainless steel memorial project in India. Both projects stand as significant achievements in the state's infrastructure development.
• Academic building (NAB) and students' recreation introspective center (SRIC) in the campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, As a Senior QS Engineer, I am currently working on the construction of an academic building (NAB) and a students' recreation introspective center (SRIC) on a campus in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The project, executed by KPC Projects Ltd for the client IIIT-Hyderabad, began in August 2024 and has a total value of ₹77.00 crores. It includes a G+5 floor academic block and a G+2 floor SRIC block. The project is scheduled for completion by March 2026, with all efforts focused on delivering high-quality results within the given timeline.
