• Responsibilities:
• Prepared base line program of the project and updated it.
• Creating WBS, Planning & Scheduling of the Project using Microsoft Project and Updating it monthly.
• Preparation of Stage Payment Statement, Escalation Bills COS Bills as part of Client Billing.
• Certifying & Reconciling the Subcontractor bills further Invoicing & Processing.
• Preparation of Time Cycles Summary Class Wise as well Prepare Resource allocation plan to improve the Time Cycle.
• Attending the Daily Review Meeting with Designer.
• Preparation of BOQ Projects (Such as Tunnels, Roads, Bridges)
• Preparation for Change of Scope of Work
