Activities Performed:

• Responsible for preconstruction works Soil investigations ,third party pile testing
• Supervision of Depot civil works Pile foundations,Retaining wall,High Embankment,Abutment works ,RE panel casting and Erection,Stabling and inspection bay,PEB works,administrative building works,UG sump .
• Prepare and approval of concrete mix Design various grades.
• Responsible for Quality control Lab testing and documentation works.

Main Project Features: Design and Construction of Elevated structures & 5 Stations of length 6.524km from EP 128 to EP344 of Reach 4B Phase -2; Project Cost : Rs. 520 Cores.

Activities Performed:

• Responsible for all aspects related to project quality assurance and project Quality control.
• Total Quality Management in Execution and monitoring of all construction activities of Viaduct and Station etc.
• Check and review the plan & Specification for the proper construction & Quality implementation at job site, delivering detailed report by site inspections; Carrying out step by step inspections as per inspection and testing procedures (ITP).
• Implementation of quality management quality control programme of the project.
• Supervision of civil works Piling foundation ,Pile cap, pier, Segment, I girder,Steel composite launching girder,Station architectural works,Quality control inspection and auditing,Construction material testing,Design mix of various grades of concrete , Road widening and Drain work .
• Checking Bar bending Schedule as per approved drawing.
• Prepared standard reports and documentation to communicate results to senior management.

• Activities Performed:
• Obtain approval of materials from Client during construction
• Ensure copies of PQP, approved Method Statement for execution, relevant IS Code, Architectural specifications, QCPs and WIs are available at pertinent locations; Identification of product and system non-conformances during the execution of the project and take corrective actions.
• Prepare Quality Inspection Reports and get it approved by client’s representatives and project leader.
• Daily site visit and monitor work methods against inspection & test plan and QA/QC System.
• Monitor & maintain equipment calibration records.
• Submission and maintenance of all quality documents, concrete pour cards, and quality check lists for various construction activities.
• Execution of underground station construction (Top down Method) -Guide wall, Diaphragm wall, Top slab, concourse slab, Bottom Slab, staircase, fabrication works and ancillary Building works as per Approved drawing.

segment Erection before and after inspection, Proof drilling test, Walkway , Piling foundation, Shaft Base slab, First stage concrete, track bed concrete and Cross passage construction work as per drawing.

• Execution of NATM tunnel Blasting,soil nailing, rock drilling ,shortcrete and permanent lining concrete construction,Baseslab as per drawing and planning.
• Execution of Cut and cover ,Retaining wall, soil Backfill construction as per drawing
• Responsible for all aspects related to project safety, quality assurance and project Quality control.
