• Drive, integrate and implement OD initiatives within Oracle Tech Cloud Sales, India in alignment with Oracle JAPAC business strategy.

People & Culture

• Build a sustainable workplace culture aligned with Oracle's Values of Integrity, Mutual Respect. Excellence, Teamwork. Fairness. Open Communication and Compliance.
• Lead New-Hire Onboarding Program for new hires joining from locations across India.
• Identify employee sentiments and create opportunities to improve engagement through cross-collaboration and synergies in REMOTE/HYBRID work environment.

Employee Engagement

• Conduct internal surveys. develop strategies based on review results to strengthen employee engagement.
• Facilitate career discussions with Managers every quarter and develop IDP aligned with goals and aspirations of employee.

• Lead HR & Operations encompassing Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Policy Design, Compensation and Benefits, Training & Development.
• Centre Head - Bangalore for 3 years responsible for revenue operations.
• Client Retention Manager for global customer base spanning India, UAE.
