Client P&G For Rurban Activity 'Har Din Behtar (Mah, MPCG, WB, GJ, KTK, APT, Bihar, UP, TN, Haryana) and Gillette Guard 'Safalta Apni Mutthi Mein' (WB & GJ)

  • During the initial stage of Project working on the Production plan analysis and monthly planning of the Suk
  • Briefing Sites team on project and execution plan
  • Along with Operations setting the Target per day for the team, also allocating the stocks as per the TPD/TPV, with the operation heads. Vendor Coordination for Project
  • Being part of every state training and briefing session
  • Sharing the collateral requirements status with the internal team, along with monthly requirement . Once the project is initiated, Weekly order process to be set along with the site coordinate's
  • Tracking and Mapping the stocks as per SKU and placing the stocks order after confirmation from the state heads
  • Keeping close check on the order days branch wise, which states stock order placement days as per the branch and placing the stocks requirements basis the respective days
  • Mapping the stock ordered Vs pick up by the Operations on ground
  • Daily coordination with the sites on the stocks transfers from Site to Branches and sharing the stock pick up days once the finalization is done
  • Right from taking the invoices from the sites to taking the order placed vs received
  • Keep close check on the stock pick up, so that additional or incorrect sku is not picked by the ground team/ vendors
  • Coordinating the P&G BM's for the AR clearance, explaining them about the delays and tracking the payments with them for the next order
  • Before placing the stock orders checking with the site SPOCs on the available allocation, getting the allocation revised if in case there is a mismatch
  • Once the NRO is picked from the branch, getting the dates for the audit, sharing the audit report along with pictures
  • Tracking that NRO audit is done basis the stock received
  • Taking mail /NOC confirmation on mail
  • Tracking the invoice raised by the sites, mapping the SKU's provided as per the details mentioned in bill
  • Sharing state wise/ site invoices with accounts for reconciliation
  • Sharing monthly changes in allocation plane
  • Day to Day monitoring of the project, and highlighting the same to reporting head, if in case there is any problem faced by the ground team or in case there are challenges working with the client rep
  • Informing about the field visit, planing the same with rep head
  • Maintaining dashboard on the progress of the project and sharing the same with RH
  • Going forward will be part POP tracking and evacuation, also preparing in case required
  • ATLAS (Client App)Training on the field and sharing the escalation.

Client ITC For SCP. “YiPPee! - A Better World – Trash to Treasure” ( 20 States & 105 City )

· During the initial stage of Project working on Cost and Sampling stock mapping and school Plan and team briefing .

· Informing about the field visit , planing the same with rep head

· Day to Day monitoring of the project , and highlighting the same to reporting head , if in case there is any problem faced by the ground team or in case there are challenges working with the client rep

· Maintaining dashboard on the progress of the project and sharing the same with RH

· Going forward will be part POP tracking and evacuation, also preparing in case required.

· Working on Activity report . Sharing repots to client, line up Review meeting with Client

· Coordination with client for PO , Billing and Payment , working on all required documents for Billing ( Report , POP , PPT etc .) also working on client Audit report and share report for same

· Attendance checks from App , whatsup group , and from ITc Portal
