- I am working on two US based client project.
- My responsibilities are to fulfill procurement needs, ensuring implementation of policies and process for onboarding new software in Servicenow, handling software purchase via license management, responsible for software license renewal management via SCTASK.
- Handling software for user request for contractual service support and manage contractual need for new onboard software and existing software in Service now, reviewing software terms and conditions/EULA (shrink-wrap, open source, negotiated agreement).
- Working closely with law attorney to making the software compliance and informing the client about software risk, rights and restrictions.
- Provides training and mentoring for functional teams to ensure that SAM process guidelines are understood and followed.
- Doing reconciliation by checking Effective license position (ELP) to maintain license compliance and license cost optimization for SAM by identifying low usage software from user's machine and reclaiming back into inventory.
- Performing bulk Purchase order data upload in FlexeraOne tool in order to new license creation and linking PO to existing License.
