Passionate about working with people and creating meaningful change at the community level, I have spent the past few years engaging with rural and tribal youth through SHEDO’s Community Youth Forum. My work has been centered on nurturing leadership, building awareness of rights and responsibilities, and strengthening the connections that hold communities together. I believe in approaches that value co-learning and co-creation, where every voice matters and ideas grow collectively.
I have designed and facilitated interactive workshops on self-growth, community engagement, and constitutional values, ensuring they are participatory and relevant to real-life experiences. My role has also involved managing the full cycle of program activities—from planning, budgeting, and logistics to proposal writing and maintaining strong communication with partners. Alongside these, I have organized entitlement camps to connect people with essential services and music and cultural events that promote fraternity, harmony, and shared identity in villages.
Through this journey, I have developed a diverse skill set that includes data management, event organization, design, and effective communication. More importantly, I have learned how to work with diverse groups, solve problems creatively, and turn ideas into actions that leave a lasting impact.
