2. Led the successful implementation of a Job satisfaction components in industry that led to improvement in employee retention number by 15%. Successfully completed project on implementation of Quality of Work life components and enhanced commitment level of employees in Garment sector.
3. Completed U.G Project on " Reduction of Process time in Sewing section of Garment Industry at M/s Wonderblues by applying Industrial Engineering techniques namely Work study and Time study principles.
4. Developed and validated an Employee commitment scale for textile sector employees to measure their commitment level.
5. Improved the employee retention number at textile industries by identifying the major enablers of Quality of work life through Survey based study and data analysis.
6. Currently working on project “HRIS System implementation in SME’s” to automate core HR processes.
