Invoice & Accounts Payable Automation Solution, Project Manager, Capture paper and electronic invoices automatically as soon as they are received. Eliminate data entry delays using automatic recognition. Automatically trigger electronic invoice approval workflows for coding and appropriate approvals for on-time payment. OCR- Rescan Reduction, Project Lead, Incomplete rules were validated through the OCR resulting in wrong routing of invoices to SAP, which causes rescan of entire set of invoices to be processed under the right queue. These rules were revalidated and different CR’s with redefined rules were tested and successfully moved to production. On an average 1500 invoices involving 2 FTE’s clearing the queue were reduced. OCR removal and new PDF tool solution, Testing Lead and Project Reporting Lead, OCR solution not being able to deliver optimal results for the process due to technical reasons, there was need to re-align the process to drive the efficiencies, improving accuracy, CSAT & reduce operating cost. As a replacement to OCR a new PDF tool was designed that would help us to index key invoice fields and ensure these are passed to another system to validate few business rules and transmit this into SAP for posting. Vendor Master Data - North America, Lead, Lead remote transition of VMD process for Americas and ensured seamless movement of work. Deployed master tracker to track all new vendor creations and follow-ups across regions which provided high level visibility to internal and client management on the daily status of the process. Galleria/Coty Divestiture, Process Lead, Worked as a Process Lead and managed the biggest divestiture for the client. Ensured process, people, technical & financial transition were seamless both from client and HPE as per the carved out blueprint requirements from client.
