Project 01: Exploring Market Entry Strategies for Business Expansion


Project Objectives:

Project 02: Consumer Behavior Analysis and Ad Creation
The project included choosing a recently launched start-up and analyzing its target group while understanding there. needs and demands. Then segment them into different groups while also preparing a Qualitative questionnaire for the target group to understand focal and superordinate goals. Then comes analyzing brand points of parity and points of differentiation as well as understanding their competitive framework and positioning through perceptual mapping at last project included the creation of a poster ad keeping all the things above mentioned in mind.

Project 03: Exploring Digital Marketing Tactics for Eco-Essentials: A Sustainable Living Solution Digital Shop

Led development of the business model for Eco-Essentials, a Sustainable Living Solution venture targeting working professionals and students. Created an SEO-optimized site with original content, social media integration, and multimedia elements. Executed digital marketing campaigns encompassing Google Ads, social media, and mobile marketing channels. Analyzed web analytics for user behavior and optimized content for engagement. Compiled a comprehensive report detailing project objectives, execution, and individual contributions.
