My key roles include :

• Front-ending the development of content for educational bodies across India.
• Liaising and ideating the creation and timely delivery of all projects with various stakeholders.
• Managing internal work distribution and providing constructive feedback to the team
• Currently, Leading the development of FLN-based Multi-grade Curriculum, Workbooks and Learning Outcome Framework for Grades 1, 2 and 3 for Government of Ladakh
• Lead the Development of FLN based and NCF’22-aligned Assessment Modules for Pre-primary to Grade 2 for SCERT ‘Delhi and SCERT’ Tripura
• Lead the development of IB (International Baccalaureate) Curriculum and interactive workbook for DBSE (Delhi Board of School Education) for Pre-Primary grades

• Co-lead the development of NEP’22 aligned Curriculum and Thematic Workbooks for Primary and Pre-primary grades in collaboration with Directorate of Education and SCERT'Delhi
• Contributed in the design of Teaching and Learning Resources, Manipulatives, Literary Material and Teacher Manuals for Pre-Primary grades for 'Khel Pitara' SCERT'Delhi
• Co-lead the development of the Deshbhakti Curriculum for pre-primary grades in collaboration with the Government of Delhi

• Mentored Government School Pre-primary teachers and Pre-Primary Incharges through observations, constructive feedbacks and demonstrations
• Conducted multiple sessions of Teacher Professional Development workshops for Pre-primary and Primary teachers in collaboration with the Delhi Board of Education and SCERT’ Delhi and Tripura.

• Taught Social Science to Grades 4, 5, 6, and 7.
• Taught EVS to Grades 2 and 3
• Designed Daily Social Science and EVS Lesson Plans and Worksheets for Grades 4 and 5.

Awarded with Gold Trophy at Chairperson Honours for delivering highest growth in the result for the year 2017-18.
