- Handled C-checks and Heavy base maintenance checks of Boeing 737-700/800 fitted with CFM56-7B engines, Airbus A320 fitted with CFM56-5B engines, V2500 engine & Leap1A engine and ATR72 500/600 fitted with P&W 127F/M engines.
- Reviewing of work package provided by customer and segregating task cards into zone wise and day wise.
- Issuing and receiving paperwork on daily basis from AME.
- Conducting of joint inspection and meetings with customer
- Coordinating with Planning and Stores department for ensuring all tools and materials are available to perform particular task card.
- Conducting internal production meeting with maintenance team and planning
- Review completed paper work received from AME for any discrepancy prior to handing it over to planning for scrutinizing
- Follow up on material requests and rack out materials from stores to provide it to maintenance team.
- Ensure all routine spares are preloaded as per final work package and mapping of not available spares in other warehouses.
- Follow up with customers/operators for requisition of rotables, modification kits and other customer spares.

Special Project
- Part of Phase 32 project team for Boeing-Indian Navy P8I aircrafts. Liaised with SIC and Boeing rep (customer) with regards to Non Routine findings.
- Made sure NRC captured all relevant defect information and material required data to rectify the defect.
- If any findings required further clarification, escalated same to Tech Service department to approach OEM and assist in providing all relevant evaluation data to receive a final repair scheme.
- Updating customer on a weekly basis on the status of non routine progress. Expediting approval for any non routine deemed as No-Go or without rectification of which will cause work stoppage.
