• Evaluation of system generated alerts received by advisors and check if advisors have followed all the required procedures before trade execution.
• Evaluation of voice log disclosures in Mandarin to verify if required disclosures are made and confirmed.
• Raising error to advisors in case of pre/post trade disclosures are not made before time.
• Being a part of Calibration meeting with Asia so as to get end to end solution for any query raised.

• Conducting a review by verifying voice logs and documentations in Mandarin to ensure valid disclosures were made to client and acknowledgment was received.
• Raising error on advisors if DPS disclosures were not made and following up for remediation.

Cross border (XB Transactions)

• Conducted language assessment tests for employees in Simplified Chinese through google meets regarding a survey for views on passive smoking in Mandarin Chinese.
• Evaluated and graded them out on their pronunciation, vocabulary, accuracy, communication, interaction and fluency.

Teaching HSK1 and HSK2 students online.

• Provides prompt and efficient services to Walmart Chinese sellers , (Marketplace as well as Walmart fulfillment services sellers) through e-mail support.
• Facilitate new hire trainings as well as huddle sessions on updates from client (Walmart) and act as a POC between associates and management.
• Analyzing and preparing audit reports on a bi-weekly basis on team performance and CSAT's. Auditing Chinese cases and pulling data of errors to ensure KPI's are met.Maintains or exceeds targeted performance metrics, as well as preparing performance reports and providing one-to-one sessions to associates.
