· Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects in Salesforce CRM
· Bulk Updating and maintaining sales data into the CRM
· Design, implement and coordinate smooth processes across departments like Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
· Training and educating team members across departments on sales process and sales tool utilization
· Perform administrator tasks including User access, Roles and Profiles, Permission sets, Sharing model, Security settings, Workflows, Validation Rules, Bulk data migration, Reports and Dashboards
· Create processes, automations and dashboards in Salesforce, and integrate other systems to Salesforce include HubSpot, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Roll Works, Zapier, DealHub
· Design and implement CPQ process for Sales and Finance team to track revenue evolution and product configuration
· Growth budget tracking of sales and marketing platforms. Managing the sales data, creating sales reports and dashboards, setting goals and creating revenue forecasts
· Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team and marketing team.
· Identifying and solving operational challenges by benchmarking our process.
· Analysing key performance metrics, Including forecasting and pipeline management
· Reviewing sales data and identifying the action plans to increase sales figures.
