The system uses MySQL for structured querying, XAMPP for data storage, and PHP for server-side scripting. The user interface is built using HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, and JQuery. The comprehensive design process uses object-oriented analysis to create specific components that align with the system's architecture. The online birth registration database will use a client-server design, with clients and servers handling data display, user engagement, and backend communication. The client tier is the sole component of the system that the user sees. Processing is managed by the middle tier. The XAMPP server (Cross-Platform Apache MySQL and PHP) manages the system traffic. It acts as a connector between the client and backend tiers. The backend tier consists of system information infrastructure. This tier has a relational database management system. The Online Database System for Birth Registration uses MySQL as its Database Management System (DBMS).
