- Handling the team that onboards top video creators & effectively running the growth of the project
- Adding more video partners to build our PGC Video Catalogue and achieve audience engagement goals from the content by deeply analyzing their performance by monitoring their data and compiling accurate reports.
- Adding video partners in various languages and categories, explaining to them the guidelines for our video requirements, and adhering to the budget for the video capabilities
- Building long-term relationships with content partners & charting out strategies for success of these partners
Research and understanding of language-wise video creator needs & insights and also plan and implementing video strategies
- Analyzing performances of partners/creator's content on KPIs and also prepare and present reports on their progress
- Planned marketing initiatives and leveraged referral networks to promote business development.
1.Leading a team of 4 for partnering with Social Media creators and Influencers.
2. Maintaining database for creators, projects running, participation, leads and conversions.

3.Identifying and creating list of potential creators and partners who can be onboarded across categories and languages;
