Project 1: NextGen IT (NGIT) Program

Client: Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Duration: Dec 2022 to March 2023

Description:

NGIT - The Next Generation IT program focuses on the complete business model change for a swift and easy business process. With the NGIT program, HPE wants to capitalize on the new foundation being built to significantly improve customer, partner, and sales experiences aligned with the vision and ensure a smooth deployment and transition. NGIT Project is the implementation of S4 HANA over SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical assistance to the client Hewlett Packard enterprises in projects like NGIT
• Responsible for User Acceptance Testing for Order Management Projects for the NGIT, which is the biggest project for HPE.
• Responsible for testing the S4 order flow from ORDER TO CASH functionality.
• Administering Outbound delivery processing, Picking-packing, Proof of delivery (POD), Route determination, TRATY codes, and Shipment Cost Configuration.
• Sound knowledge in Credit Management in S/4 HANA (FSCM), MTO, Billing Plan, Revenue Account Determination, Intra and Inter Company STO, Inter Company Billing, Inter Company Drop Shipments, Delivery Scheduling, ATP and Transfer of Requirements, Third Party Sales Order processing.
• Strong experience in integration for various inbound and outbound EDI transactions such as 101 (Customer Master Data), 888 / 832 (Item Master Data, 850(Purchase Order), 855(Order Acknowledgement), 810(Invoice), 940(Sales Order), 945 (Shipment Confirmation).
• Responsible for creating of direct and indirect orders based on UAT scenario by using various tools such as SFDC, NGQ, NGQC, and S4 HANA
• Experience in creating Quotation, Sales Order, Supply Chain Management, Delivery, Billing document, Stocking order, return order, Fill-up order, Issue order, Demo order, Pick up order, Credit & Debit Memo orders, Invoice verification.
• Collect the queries related to the requirements and get them resolved by the businessperson (e.g., the client, business analyst, product manager or project manager) assigned to the project
• Review defect reports and assign valid defects to the relevant developer/ development manager and attending defect triage call daily
• Responsible for preparing daily status report and sharing it to the project team using Power-BI tool. Involved in End-to-End testing of S4 HANA.

Project 2: Aruba Fulfilment Transformation & Stargazer

Client: Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Duration: March 2023 to May 2023

Description:

In order fulfillment, the supply chain event management-relevant process begins with the creation of the sales order. After the sales order has been created, we can send an event message to the customer (for example, by e-mail) containing information about how to monitor the status of the process on the Internet. The outbound delivery commences after picking, packing, and loading. All the partners involved, including logistics providers and forwarding agents, ensure the information flow to SAP Event Management reporting by sending event messages both for deliveries that arrive on time and for unexpected events

Responsibilities :As a team member, I was responsible for

• Served as a Order Factory Project Analyst for Aruba Fulfillment Transformation Project in fulfilling E2E orders with delivery and invoices
• Understanding BRD and customer requirements and Responsible for writing Test Cases.
• Detecting bugs & and classifying them based on their severity & and defect resolution.
• Periodically testing the GUI functionality according to the guidelines of the test plan.
• Created various Negative & Positive tests.
• Assigning defects to developers and following through the testing process.
• Performed defect analysis, tracking, and investigation through manual defect tracking.
• Specialist in Sales Order creation and supply chain including end-to-end fulfillment and invoicing using HPE tools.

Projects 3: GLCP and PCT Testiing for EAAS

Client: Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Duration: June 2023 to Present

Description:

EAAS is the next foundation of the NGIT program. HPE has announced a key initiative across the company - HPE Next. NextGen-IT is HPE's journey to modernize, simplify, and redesign HPE company processes and systems. This future state architecture for HPE will transform the speed and efficiency of the business while eliminating costs. Also, simplify onboarding of Future M&A for the company.

Responsibilities :

• · Proficient on BRIM orders for SaaS SKUs with service contracts and renewals.
• · Conducting hands on functional, system integration testing, Regression Testing, Smoke testing, Report tracking and Defect Tracking on the issue in a timely manner.
• · Responsible for testing the S4 order flow from ORDER TO CASH functionality.
• · Working on BRIM orders for Everything as a service E2E with all product offerings like SAAS, IAAS, NAAS, SAAS Upgrade
• · Experience in creating Quotation, Sales Order, Billing document, Credit & Debit Memo orders, Invoice verification.
• End to end order creation through various modes, Order types and systems as part of Lead to Cash flow.
• Working on SAP Fiori front end tool for the complete QA testing
• Experience in creating Invoice, Credit memo, Debit memo, cancellations, EAAS Contract
  creation and cancellations, Renewal contracts, Upgrade Contracts.
• Order tracking at different stages of order lifecycle Open status to Invoice
• Conducting hands on functional, system integration testing, Regression Testing, Smoke testing, Report tracking and Defect Tracking on the issue in a timely manner.
• Review defect reports and assign valid defects to the relevant developer/ development manager and attending defect triage call daily
• Check the status of each assigned task daily and resolve any issues faced by the team members with their tasks and ensure that each team member is optimally occupied with
  work.
