Project 2:-

Six lane Greenfield Southern Ludhiana bypass (KM-0+000 to 25+240) as a part of Ludhiana-Ajmer Economic Corridor on HAM in the state of Punjab

Job Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and completion of all structural components of the project such as bridges, ROB/RUB, flyovers, VUP/LUP, box culverts, minor bridges, and retaining structures.
• Preparation and monitoring of construction schedules, method statements, and resource planning for structural works.
• Coordination with Project Director, Planning Team, and QA/QC to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and approval of structural designs, drawings, and GFCs as per IRC, IS, MoRTH, and NHAI specifications.
• Coordination with design consultants for finalization of drawings, design revisions, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, durability, and constructability requirements.
• Supervision of construction activities including piling, pile caps, piers, abutments, PSC girders, slab casting, launching, and bearings installation.
• Ensure implementation of approved QAP, ITPs, and method statements.
• Monitoring of quality of materials, workmanship, and testing procedures.
• Deployment and effective utilization of manpower, machinery, formwork systems, and shuttering.
• Coordination with sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely execution.
• Review of subcontractor bills, quantities, and progress.
• Ensure strict compliance with site safety norms, traffic safety plans, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks related to structural works.
• Coordination with Independent Engineer / Authority Engineer / NHAI / MoRTH officials for inspections, approvals, and site decisions.
• Handling technical discussions, site issues, and approval of deviations.
• Interface with utility agencies, railways, irrigation departments, etc., wherever applicable.
• Preparation and review of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for structural works.
• Monitoring critical activities and implementing corrective measures to avoid delays.
• Support in claims, EOTs, and variation proposals related to structures.
• Monitoring structural work costs and ensuring execution within approved budgets.
• Verification of BOQs, RA bills, measurements, and final accounts.
• Ensure proper maintenance of as-built drawings and completion documents.
• Technical guidance and mentoring of structure engineers, site engineers, and supervisors.
• Performance monitoring and skill development of the structural team.

• Project:-Project: Construction of four-lane green field Jalbehra-Shahbad NH 152G in the state of Haryana

• Administration of Contract and pre construction conference
• Establish the Team Of Experts, Engineering, Safety, Environment, Quality assurance & project monitoring systems & procedure
• Development and monitoring Of Project Construction sequence & schedule and monthly progress report.
• Overall monitoring of Utility shifting activities and liaison of DB contractor with various Government Departments
• Ensure implementation Of Management Information Systems, maintaining Asset Management System, Contract changes and claims management
• Inspection, monitoring of consumption of all civil and track materials on site
• Monitoring and checking of Quality Control and measurements of the works.
• Supervision Of Integrated Testing and Commissioning
• Over all supervision Of the Design Management phase, Construction phase, Testing and Commissioning phase and Defect Liability period.
