Project: SINGLE – AISLE A320 Aircraft

• 928 and 929 Harness installation, Input study for 3D and 2D creation by taking Input using tools like ICC ACP, EBAM, APSNG, Skywise tools.
• Analyzing Modification proposal documents required for Input Analysis for 928 and 929
• Creation of the inputs called PREPA by comparing TOPO drawings of pre and post aircraft
• Creation of 3D Routing, F3D, A2D (Picture Drawings) as per AIRBUS Standards
• Creation of 3D harness electrical harness(ATA92) of A320 Aircraft, where we used to route wires. VPM tool is used for creating containers, and to load 3D parts
• DMU check and Fly through(clashes, segregation )
• Analyzing 150% DMU environment as per AIB standard.
• Creation of Capital layout by generating XML from Core Elec as per AIB standards
• Creation of HMV layout as per Airbus standard.
• Using Gimp tool creating 929 CATIA DRAW sheets.
• Good knowledge in NOTA analysis and Deatil view in 929 for creating Notes and detail sheet.
• Creation for 21e wire data, Equipment list and Bom data in TAKSY.
• involved 924 label drawing.
• Involved 928 and 929 Internal quality check supports
• Developing 3D Design with respect to TDD and SIDP. Study of Inputs, design manuals and interface structure and providing multiple design proposals that meet client requirement.

• Worked in assembly and testing department. Assembly of directional control valve DSG-01(Directional control solenoid operated Gasket Moulded Valve) and automated testing of the valves.
