• Conduct thorough inspections and tests of electrical excitation systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to identify and rectify defects or inconsistencies in products and services.

Servicing:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, resolving issues related to excitation systems.
• Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of excitation systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Prepare and present service reports, detailing work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
• Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in excitation systems technology and apply this knowledge to improve service processes.
  

Commissioning:

• Lead the commissioning of new excitation panels, including brushless panels and static panels for both synchronous generator and motor applications.
• Execute AC-AC excitation for motor applications, ensuring proper integration and functionality.
• Develop Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for panels using Schneider PLC, enhancing user interaction and system control.

Key Achievements:

• Participate in Power System Stabilizer (PSS) commissioning for a 120MW hydro project, contributing to the successful deployment and operation of the system.
• Played a key role in the development of a new quality assurance protocol that streamlined the inspection process.
• Successfully commissioned multiple excitation panels, improving system reliability and performance.
• Contributed to the successful commissioning of a 120MW hydro project, ensuring optimal power system stability.
