Develop automation scripts to scan these sources and extract the required data, structuring it into categories for easier processing and analysis. Implement mechanisms to validate the accuracy and relevance of the scraped data, and integrate alert systems to notify analysts of significant changes or updates. Optimize the tool for speed and scalability to handle large datasets efficiently. Provide stakeholders with training to use the tool effectively, and finally, deploy the tool while gathering feedback for continuous improvement and enhancements.

Phase 2: Corporate Actions Monitoring and Reporting

• To enhance corporate action monitoring, begin by defining the types of corporate actions to track, such as mergers, acquisitions, and dividends. Upgrade the tool to identify keywords and patterns related to these actions for accurate detection. Aggregate corporate action data from multiple sources into a centralized repository for streamlined access. Implement algorithms to detect and highlight impactful corporate actions, and establish workflows to verify their accuracy. Integrate functionality to assess the potential impact of these actions on investments, and develop templates for generating comprehensive corporate action reports for stakeholders. Automate notifications to keep clients informed about critical updates and create intuitive dashboards to provide real-time insights. Finally, analyze feedback from users to refine the system, improving its accuracy and operational efficiency.
