Product Range: – Electrical & Electronics (Microwave, Motor, Pump, lighting products), Tools (Striking tools, Wrenches, Hammers, Cutting, Files etc.) Tarps, Cleaning Segment, Pumps, Grease Guns, Welding products, Hardware, Ice box other plastic products, Material handling equipment etc.

Costing: - Responsible for Product cost management, maintaining Cost indexation sheet to calculate Increase / Decrease in Product prices as per Commodities price fluctuations. Cost input into system (IMS).

Team Management: - Individual contributor & work with team to support overall leadership, focusing on performance and talent management.

Cross functional Teamwork/Project: -

• Support Product Engineer in quality management program & Compliance team to collect compliance information from supplier.

Achievement: -

• Total cost saving in 2020 was 0.10M and Cost increase avoidance was 0.26M
• Total Cost avoidance in 2021 0.18M when commodity prices are at its peak. Commodity prices increased up to 60%-70%.

Supplier Management: - Managed supplier (Addition, Deletion & Improvement). Maintained relationships with business partners to cater dynamics of supply chain demand. Regular Vendor up gradation via periodic audit & improvement schedule.

• Analyzed factories Raw material requirement per month, plan and make strategy to arrange RM at supplier end in right time with right quantity and right cost. Total Buying amount for commodities are $3 M per year.
• Managed PO and Inventories of all three factory (Dehradun, Baddi & Bangalore) raw materials. Ensured 100% spares availability at Spare division of Factory at all locations.

New Product Development: - Localized imported components to reduce RM cost, Custom Duty, ICC, Freight & Lead time which helps to optimize supply chain cost & component cost.

Product Range: - Battery, Charger, Earphone, Data Cable, LCD Module, Camera Module etc.

Team Management: - Handled the team of young leaders in accordance with the management principles to support overall leadership, focusing on performance and talent management.

• Handled issues relevant to material quality. Providing technical support to vendors to improve component quality.

Cost saved – $ 0.15M in 2017, $ 0.25M in 2018, $ 0.40M in 2018 against localization of Battery, Earphone, Data Cable, and Charger.

• Handled $15 M buying per year for Air Conditioner raw material reporting to Assistant Manager –Domestic Purchase. Handled about 40 domestic suppliers from Pan India on regular basis procurement.
• Analyzed factories Raw material requirement per month, plan and make strategy to arrange RM at supplier end in right time with right quantity and right cost.
• Analyzed factory and vendor capacity to ensure alignment with future production plans.
• Ensured 100% spares availability for Service division.

• Electrical Items - Control Box, PCB, Motors, Contactor, Wire joints, Harnesses etc.
• Packing items- Corrugated box, Polly bags, Stickers, Tape, Staple pins etc.
• Plastic Components- IDU Bop parts and IDU Plastic Body (base, Panel, Frame and Chassis etc.)
• Accessories Items- Remote, Rubber Items, Glue etc.
• Washing Machine- Plastic Body, Carton Box, and other C- class materials.

Achievement: -

Non-moving inventory of value $1 M has been liquidated after strong follow up with central planning & Sales team.

Procurement: -

• Handled $100 M buying per year for LCD TV raw material & was reporting to Sr. Manager –Import Purchase.
• Analyzed factories Raw material requirement per month, plan and make strategy to arrange RM at supplier end in right time with right quantity and right cost.
• Ensured 100% spares availability for Service division.

• Discussed with Vendor to settle Rejected material issue lying at Plant.

Material Management: -

• Established methods to ensure optimum inventory levels in factory as well as supplier end. Managing inventory within assigned norms (Factory 30+ inventory Zero).
• Established many purchasing processes to improve purchasing efficiency. Organizing Weekly meetings with management to reduce slow moving and non-moving inventory.

• SKD Components- LCD/LED chassis, power supply, LCD/LED panel, ASSY Speakers, ASSY FIM, ASSY IR PCB, ASSY Kit Wall Mounting and All SKD components.

Achievement: -

Non-moving inventory of value 25M has been liquidated after strong follow up with central planning & Sales team.
