Description:
Designed an 18-layer high-speed PCB for a missile target seeker, featuring a 23×23 BGA FPGA (0.8 mm pitch), 64-bit DDR, and Ethernet interface with over 600 components and 800+ nets.
Layout optimized for controlled impedance, signal integrity, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal performance.


Project: TFER 18-40 GHz – Radar Application
Role: PCB Design Engineer
Duration: 30 Days

Description:

Designed in 8 layer board is an Down convertor card which down converts the wide range of 18-40Ghz to 2-17Ghz signal. By using HDI technology and CPWG via stitching to make sure proper transmission of signal.
