· Leading a highly skilled team of Network and security specialists overseeing the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
· Coordinating incident response efforts and acting as the escalation point for complex network issues, providing expertise in diagnosing and resolving incidents.

Major Projects:

· Setup of an enclave environment which has been pivotal in managing support operations for EU clients, thereby ensuring GDPR compliance and facilitating robust data loss prevention (DLP) measures

· Got the organization OSP certified from Department of telecommunications, Government of India

· Organization wide deployment of Sentinel-One EDR system and integration with existing SIEM.

· Managed delivery and operations of a large-scale Infra team for a Fortune 500 health care services client. Responsible for maintaining the revenue of $10 million/year for the account.

· Engaged at various levels with client hierarchy to maintain and increase revenue for the account.

· Led teams that includes 100+ FTE & contractors from IDAM, Networks, Servers, Storage & Backup, Citrix, Messaging, WAS and DBA towers.

· Maintained high CSAT, while managing any client escalations on service performance.

Continuous improvement of People, Process and Tools.

· Advised Senior Management quarterly on program health and industry threat landscape;

· Lead a team of 10 network engineers in maintaining and designing the Global network setup

· Work with business unit heads on IT expenditure

· Manage Global Network for Actuant as the top-level escalation for all network and security issues

· Manage M&A from the Network and Security perspective

Major Projects:-

· Defined and executed company strategy for attaining SOC2 certification and PCI- DSS compliance

· Successfully led the biggest divesture for the company from IT perspective.

· Designed the Network Infrastructure for Data centers (India, US & Japan)

· Was primary contact person for four datacenters around the globe for any network and security issues

· Configuring, setting up and administration of network environment with multivendor Firewalls, load balancers & Switches

Major Projects:-

· Setup of open source network management tools for the company like TACACS+,RANCID, Syslog

· Implemented global security projects working with various hosting vendors.

· Supported enterprise network of multiple customers spread over different countries interconnected using MPLS cloud with BGP at core and OSPF at distribution & access level

· Worked on escalated issues from Tier 1/2 teams, while mentoring new employees on process and technical troubleshooting.
