    Moreover, the monthly accounting close is a critical activity carried out each month, accompanied by comprehensive monthly reporting to keep stakeholders informed. This process is supported by a diligent daily review of accounts to monitor activities and maintain accuracy in financial reporting. My primary focus is on analyzing and presenting key performance metrics that are critical to the business, such as the book-to-bill ratio, the backlog Customer Request Date (CRD), and the Monthly Performance Dashboard (MPD).

    In addition to these responsibilities, I create and submit Management Operating Reports (MOR) to the global leadership team, ensuring that they have the insights needed for decision-making at the highest level. My reporting duties also include the generation of a diverse array of reports, which encompass critical elements such as the sales pipeline, capital consumed, forecasting analyses, human resources cost analysis, and daily reports that track both booking and billing activities.

    As part of my reporting responsibilities, I provide year-over-year (YOY) variance commentaries that help the team understand trends and patterns in our financial data. I also take the time to review and analyze the monthly deck, which serves as a comprehensive summary of commentaries sourced from all departments within the organization. This deck provides essential insights into cash conversion metrics, and highlights past trends that may affect current operations.

    Moreover, I prepare follow-through charts and reports that provide a detailed examination of our Top 5 and Bottom 5 customers, allowing the organization to better understand customer performance and focus on areas for improvement. In preparation for our monthly conference calls, I create informative presentations that address various issues and concerns pertinent to the reporting period, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed and engaged in discussions.

    Finally, I am tasked with drafting and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for our department, which helps to streamline processes and ensure compliance with established guidelines and practices. Daily status updates need to be provided to keep all stakeholders informed, while also analyzing existing fee structures for effectiveness and implementing any required adjustments.

    Furthermore, the updating and retrieval of various fee components from both internal and external sources is a critical task. This involves a careful review of the current values, the precise calculation of fees, the drafting of invoices, and ensuring that checks are formatted appropriately for final approval processes. When it comes to invoicing, setting up these processes in the Revport application necessitates the use of client-provided templates, and also requires the establishment of new investment fee setups for clients whenever such a need arises.

    In addition, validating Investment Management Agreements (IMA) and Fund Fees in accordance with client agreements is a responsibility that necessitates effective coordination with different teams to ensure that fee setups and macros are correctly established. This collaborative effort is essential to guarantee the integrity of the fees being applied and reported to clients, thus ensuring aligned expectations and satisfactory service delivery in all aspects of billing for investment management services.

Lastly, I am involved in managing the Dispute Distribution process, which requires careful attention to detail and effective communication to resolve any disputes that may arise efficiently.
