• Develop the EoI for the tender process, and support the development of the project budgetary activities.

Project: Exemplar Project on Child Nutrition.

• Lead the quantitative analysis for the project.
• Develop quantitative protocols, quantitative research strategies, statistical and analytical frameworks.
• Generate evidence using large-scale, cross-sectional secondary data sets.
• Integrate findings for policy analysis, and for qualitative analysis.
• Operational: Stakeholder Engagement and Identification.

Project: Surveillance (COVID-19 and Vaccination Coverage), and Strengthen RMNCH Program through Community Outreach.

• Surveillance and Data Management of COVID-19 and COVID Vaccination in Uttar Pradesh.
• Program scripting for data transformation and report automation.
• Program Planning and Implementation (RMNCH, RI)
• Support the program team in developing KPIs to track the program's progress, and identify gaps using program data. Discuss gaps and recommend the program team to fill the gaps.
• Capacity building of block outreach coordinators for monitoring and evaluation, online data collection, and to use the digital application.
