• PNC is a banking domain in which we work for financial and analytical services.
• In this, we will work on the data related to advisors, and this data will be used by the Tableau team in generating the reports of each advisor.
• The generated reports will help the end users in viewing the performance of each advisor.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• We have ad-hoc and daily running processes, which include data ingestion via SFTP, mail, etc.
• The technologies used are Hive, PySpark, Impala, and Unix.
• Health check and monitoring of daily batch jobs, as well as downstream delivery and other types of data delivery check.
• Supports business with ad-hoc tasks and queries for Cognos and Tableau reporting.
• I am also responsible for complete job monitoring in UAT/PROD. Health check. If there is any issue, we will take necessary actions to get the issue fixed as early as possible and also deploy the changes in UAT/PROD.

In this, we used to manage the risk assessment, review, and approval process for various third-party and non-third-party connectivity types, like firewall, proxy, etc.

CCR records business projects, maintains the history of all connectivity revisions, and the current business connectivity state.

My roles and responsibilities:

We have ad-hoc and daily running processes, which include data ingestion using SRB, SFT, SFTP, mail, etc.

• Roles and responsibilities:
• Handled importing of multiple data formats from various sources to HDFS.
• Importing and exporting data from HDFS to RDBMS, Hive, and RDBMS to Vice-versa through Sqoop jobs, which implement techniques like Incremental import and columnar import.
• Creating external tables in Hive to store processed results in table format.
• Experience in using Avro, Parquet, JSON, and RC file formats.
