Automatic Break Notification - Email has to be triggered for all cost centers assigned to the outstanding exceptions. Cost center data based to be maintained in Halo table - team mail groups & officer names. Email to be triggered to the specific team and officer as per escalation matrix along with exception details from Reconciliation tool. Subject of the email should carry the term LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH or CRITICAL based on the matrix. Mails to be triggered on the specified time for a day (10 AM, 01 PM & 03 PM) 

Fraud Operation - To make sure all firm's fraud monitoring rules & systems are working as expected. Real time testing related to brokerage and online trading accounts. Transactions entered by client will flow in to fraud tool. The fraud control parameter will run and provide risk score. If the risk scores are high the rule engine will trip and block the transaction. Testing is performed by simulating it in QA environment and review all parameters are working as expected 

Insurance and Annuities - Working on applications within 3D platform - Annuity pro, DAT, ITS. Part of annuity squad and responsible for taking up all the upgrade testing in Annuities (AP & DAT). Testing will be in different sprints, each ranging for two weeks of time. Involving in JIRA grooming calls, Sprint planning and Standup calls. Hovering around Agile board and understand the sprint status through reports. Story pointing JIRA based on the team capacity and velocity. Worked on implementing E-signature on DAT & AP and make sure the functionalities are good. Created story on improvisation of application from end-user perspective.
