• Preventive maintenance work in all utility equipment.
• Handling facility issues and ensuring smooth operations for all mechanical and electrical installations (DG, HVAC, UPS, Lifts, Breakers, Fire alarm, BMS System, Crain & Manage all civil maintenance within the facility.)

• In charge of operation and maintenance of 350TR air-cooled and 350 TR water-cooled centralized chillers, split, PAC, CSU, DX type A/C units.

• Make The Panel wiring and commissioning PDB, LDB, LT panel up to 400 sqmm armored cable as per SLD.
• Make the Dol and Stal-Delta Motor Starter panel wiring and fault rectification.
• Control panel designing and wiring for steel coil lifter, Grab, Uppender, Transfer car etc by using VFD and PLC with Site Commissioning.
