· Responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
· Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution &Generate Sales leads
· Responsible for driving sales for various Airtel Plans, Plan upgrades & Products including my Airtel APP, WYNK, Airtel TV etc. for new & existing Airtel customers.
· Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to pre-defined Scope of Plan to run store operations smoothly.
· Ensure compliance with policies and procedures & expected code of conduct.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions; Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
