• Knowledge about Vehicle assembly & Body Shop To achieve daily & monthly production with effective utilization of manpower. Assembly line monitoring & production planning. Leading various initiatives like 5S, kaizen, and poke yoke techniques. Monitoring of quality of incoming components. Action plans for reducing motion loss, time loss of operators. Action plans for minimizing rejections & rework. Impart training to section employees for improve work. Carrying out TPM & Preventive maintenance activity in shop. Ample knowledge on ISO 9001 & 14001. Ensure adherence to standard operations- Build in quality, efficiency, safety & flexibility Support achievement of QCTS targets Reduce the quality concerns through 7 QC Tools. Analyse the spot welding defects. Productivity & Quality Improvement Monitor OEE & Reduce losses. Support development & implementation of countermeasures Response for on line quality problems improvements – defect in surface defect, spot welding issue like spot burr, spot hole etc. Take corrective action for body shop problem like body accuracy, gap issue, hole offset & jig correction etc. Customer complaints, problem solving and corrective action activities Recognized for achieving the production targets by 92% Administered solutions through 5S,4M Analysis & TPM & OEE Improvement for online efficiency problem such as jig & fixtures & PSW Gun breakdown analysis, ergonomic concern improvement.
