Green Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles using Azadirachta indica

• Synthesized silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using Azadirachta indica leaves through an eco-friendly method.
• Studied their antibacterial, antifungal, and antimicrobial effects on E. coli and Gram-positive bacteria isolated from borewell water.
• Analyzed microbial growth inhibition on nutrient agar plates.

Large-Scale Production of Tacrolimus (TAC)

• Participated in batch preparation and large-scale production of tacrolimus, an immunosuppressant derived from Streptomyces tsukubensis.( a soil bacterium)
• Focused on improving formulation challenges related to poor water solubility and nephrotoxicity.
• Participated in finishing processes within a month-long timeframe.
