Project Management and Consultation of Solar Projects(310MW):

• Inspection of site work with respect to reference standards (IS codes), drawings and engineering.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and delegating tasks to get work done on time.
• Dealing with site supervisors and quality team for timely execution and quality work. Also, managing manpower and its data throughout project.
• Responsible for initial material inspection and MTC check of Module Mounting Structures (MMSs).
• Erection and quality assurance of structure and module installation, chain-link fencing, precast fencing and piling as per approved drawing
• Managing DPR of site and specifically for structure and module installation data
• Quality assurance of Pre-Fab Structure of Inverter station.
• Interacting daily/weekly with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in field.
• Assistance to client in RA bills review.
• Additional role in identifying rectification points for ramming, honeycomb, capping of MMS, cube test, sieve analysis, silt content test, cable laying, cable tying and dressing, string connections, MC4 connections, gland tightness of SJB, Megger test, Voltage and current measurements, SJB foundation and straightness etc.

• Practices to operate and maintain boiler in healthy condition. Maintaining and analyzing boiler parameters and generation logbook on daily basis. Maintain inventory of spares and list of equipments in plant. Implement PM as per schedule. Maintaining Logbook and Manpower. Increased Boiler performance by providing generation enhancing fuel mix ratio and improved boiler efficiency.
• Prepare all kind of reports for power plant on daily and monthly basis per requirement. Maintain plant data and understand future requirements. Also responsible for scheduling of power plant generation daily on SLDC.
• Preparation of plant budgets, Decision notes, handling documentation (technical and compliance) and involved in CAPEX team. Cost analysis and procurement of materials for team. Working on AutoCAD for any ongoing or forthcoming projects.
• Successfully erected Bag Filter & FGCS ducting in our new project. Also as support engineer assisted in other commissioning activities. Additionally, purchase of all the materials locally for erection & installation purpose. RFQ floating, negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure best contracts.
