  • Since 2024, I have been leading the flagship store in Hyderabad with a team size of 70 people in a 3200 sqmtr space, generating an average revenue of INR 6 cr per month.
  • 2020-21, as the store leader of the 1st store of Decathlon India in Sarjapura, Bangalore, I managed a team of 62 people and met the annual revenue target of INR 65 cr.
  • 2018-20, while leading the first store of Haryana at Sohna Road, I improved the annual revenue by 15% above target, reaching INR 50Cr. Interventions in coaching and training the team created the next line of store leaders for the Delhi NCR region.
