Summary

A seasoned Brand and Marketing expert with over 10 years of experience from setting up brands to taking it to the 22nd Most Valuable Indian brand; from managing multi crore 360 degree campaigns to introducing automated customer lifecycles and portfolio growth – A Jack of all and definitely a Master of quite a few!

My penchant for all things brand has been further embellished with a deep dive exposure across Content, Media partnerships, Media buying/planning, Communications, PR and Marketing for various retail products including CASA NRIs, HNIs and mass affluent segments.

During this journey, I have led marquee projects including the YES BANK IPL Sponsorship, HSBC’s Virat Kohli campaign, setting up of various automated/unique customer acquisition and portfolio campaigns for retail banking segments.

· Nominated for the HSBC Asia Pacific Emerging Talent programme 2023

· Spearheaded multiple gamechanger initiatives for HSBC in India, within the first year of joining viz. Launch of the overseas education hook for acquisition, high impact print campaign (What’s beyond the City), revamping the digital marketing strategy to name a few – Managed an 8% lead conversion through ATL campaigns

· Was an instrumental part of the 3 members’ Brand team (including Brand Head) taking the brand to the 22nd Most Valuable Indian Brand in 2018, as per the study done by BrandZ

· Played a pivotal role in the IPL core committee managing the YES BANK IPL sponsorship for 4 years across TV, on-ground and BTL. We achieved a brand awareness above 95% from sub 70 & a brand consideration of 30% in 4 years

· Amidst strong undesirable PR in 2019, launched the first retail TV advertisement achieving a brand consideration spike of 8%

· Devised the brand personality and communication guidelines for the retail customer segments within the bank

· Launched the first ever automated customer lifecycle management programme to deepen the brand and product association amongst new customers. Achieved increased channel penetration across Mobile Banking (40%), Net Banking (20%) and Debit Card (12%)
