WORKED ON:

Goa’s architecture is known for its blend of old Portuguese style with modern design elements.

Buildings, especially bungalows and resorts, feature intricate detailing, such as ornate facades, carved wooden beams, and colorful ceramic tiles. Roofing styles include traditional Mangalore tiles and sloping gable roofs, often integrated with contemporary materials like glass and steel. Local materials like laterite stone and teak wood are used in both structural and decorative elements. The design also incorporates in-house bars, free-floor furniture, and open spaces that blend indoor and outdoor living. Modern technologies, like energy-efficient systems, are seamlessly incorporated to maintain the traditional aesthetic while offering comfort and sustainability.

WORKED ON: Projects including industrial PEB structures for manufacturing and warehousing units, and the development of industrial townships (up to 90 acres), which feature residential towers, temples, commercial buildings, and healthcare facilities. I have also designed office buildings and rest houses. My role involved preparing various technical drawings, such as tender-level, working, and interior detailing drawings, as well as creating 3D models, renders, and presentation visuals for multiple projects.

WORKED ON: Industrial PEB structures, IT training centers, and large-scale office buildings, focusing on both interior design and technical aspects. This includes designing reflected ceilings, flooring layouts, partition details, and lift pits. I have also worked on road details, retaining wall designs, and the integration of structural drawings into architectural plans. My responsibilities included preparing tender, working, and sanctioning drawings for various projects.
