SALES :

  • Attend online tenders for corporate customers.

PROCUREMENT

  • Coordinate with store department for purchase request.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to procure needed material.
  • Prepare purchase order, AP in SAP .

  • Maintain inventory stocks weekly once.

PRODUCTION, PLANNING AND LOGISTICS :

  • Coordination with production dept for job planning and job schedule.
  • Prepare BOM for production.
  • Prepare packing list, proforma invoice, sales tax invoice in sap.

  • Arranging man power for job installation and coordinate them to complete work on time and handover the project.
