• Worked on optimizing the design and inspection process of Rack-Pinion Casing, focusing on Material Selection, CAD modelling and then using modern machines for manufacturing the model.
• For precise inspection we used CMM which enhanced the overall quality assurance process of the casing.

NFT Hydroponics Integrated Micro Scale Farming Robot | CNC, CAD Modelling, Hydroponics

• Designed and implemented an innovative farming robot integrated with smart CNC controls and IoT technology to optimize agricultural processes, including monitoring environmental parameters like soil moisture, water levels, and temperature.
• Integrated a hydroponics system using PVC pipes and NFT (Nutrient Film Technique), increasing plant growth rates by 25% while reducing water consumption, contributing to more efficient and eco-friendly farming practices.

All in One Solar Farming Robot | ESP32, Arduino IDE, Blynk IOT

• Developed a multi-functional agricultural robot which can carry out different farming activities like plowing, weeding, harvesting and irrigation. It was powered by solar energy for sustainability.
• Added remote operation of robot using Blynk IOT application allowing the user to monitor and control the robot using Mobile Device through Internet.
