• Developed and maintained spring boot api services which pushes data to kafka after few api calls and transformations. Enabled slueth and optimized db interactions reducing latency by 10x.
• Designed and implemented microservices for monitoring kafka, service health, hdi cluster and data flow. Activated sleuth to monitor and debug microservices.
• Implemented kafka retries and dead letter queue strategy to non-block production flow and improve data integration time.
• Designed and developed big data processing pipeline to processing data (Proto/Json) landing from 4 different sources using Spark, Kafka, Postgres and ADLS. Responsible for meeting the SLA of the pipeline.
• Actively contributed on On-Premise to Azure migration. Dockerised and migrated services to Azure Kubernetes Services.
• Worked on optimisation of Spark jobs. Developed re-partitioning algorithms to better utilize the resources in turn stabilizing the resources requirement and minimizing cost.
