Role Description / Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end campus operations for a large, multi‑building Microsoft Hyderabad campus, overseeing Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) across soft services, workplace experience, EHS, and operational governance.
  • Own operational performance, SLA adherence, CSAT, and service continuity, ensuring 100% compliance across daily operations, work permits, audits, and customer experience metrics.
  • Provide strategic leadership for building operations across B1, B2, B3, B4, Phoenix and external landscape, including transitions, new space handovers, refurbishments, and IFM takeovers.
  • Drive environment, health & safety (EHS) governance including fire & life safety systems, mock drills, emergency preparedness, ISO audits (ISO 45K, 20K, 27K), statutory compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead and develop a large cross‑functional operations team (AFMs, Facility Executives, Helpdesk, Transport, Horticulture, Hub Services), ensuring clear role alignment, manpower optimization, and leadership continuity.
  • Act as the primary client interface for campus operations, managing senior stakeholder expectations, governance forums, leadership visits, All Hands, Townhalls, and critical events.
  • Govern vendor performance and contracts across janitorial, security, horticulture, transport, helpdesk, pantry, and specialist services, including transitions, rate cards, and performance reviews.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives including process standardization, SOPs, dashboards, MOR reporting, manpower realignment, and audit‑ready documentation.
  • Lead large‑scale moves and change management (inter‑building moves, Phoenix handover, B3–B4 handover to project team), ensuring zero disruption to business operations.
