Roles and Responsibilities -
- Handling IT and non-IT Recruitment Lifecycle.
- Updating and reporting of tracker on a daily basis.
- Day-to-day activities include gathering requirements, sourcing, screening profiles, and scheduling.
- Having experience in working on Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, and Canvas to upload candidate profiles, schedule the interviews, and req creation.
- Created and maintained relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, colleges, and other external resources to identify potential candidates.
- Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.
- Closely working with hiring managers to understand their specific needs.
- Attending intake meetings with them to discuss the status for fulfillment of positions.
- Initiating BGV and paperwork for the selected candidates.
- Keeping a close connection with the offered candidates and following up regularly.
- Participated in career fairs and other recruiting events.
- Provided administrative support related to employee records maintenance including updating applicant tracking systems with candidate information.
