Analyzing pricing strategies and data within the Business Intelligence Team.
Acting as a category owner/SME for the allocated division.
Performing data cleansing, data manipulation, data aggregation, data split, and reshaping data of large datasets for pricing operations.
Developing and automating Excel reports to track and streamline reporting processes, resulting in reduced reporting time.
Analyzing various pricing contracts and preparing deals as per contract terms and agreements.
Having proper follow-up with suppliers to obtain accurate part and price information.
Preparing reports for analyzing the count of price change requests received on a quarterly basis and matching them with the 60-day prior notice to determine discrepancies.
Perform daily costing requests in setting up standard cost and making changes as and when required.
Working closely with Buyers to ensure pricing guidelines were met, thereby reducing disputes from suppliers.
Make Recommendations based on data analysis.
Maintain detailed records for individual products that can be used to evaluate future market trends and inform future pricing decisions.
Preparing weekly dashboards displaying top approved Request/Quote types, Suppliers, and Margin achieved for the respective week.
Working with the Accounts Payable team to resolve billing discrepancies in invoices and receipts.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven optimizations.
Setting up new parts created by suppliers to be first in the market.
Adding and maintaining new parts in the SQL database.
Utilizing SQL queries to extract and transform data from databases, optimizing data retrieval processes.
Provide cross-functional training on SQL, Tableau, and price files to other team members.
